What we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up, your display name (optional), trip origins and destinations you enter while planning a route, and your device location when you tap "Use my location". We do not sell or share this information with third-party advertisers.

How we use it

Your data is used to plan and display routes, remember your preferences, manage your subscription, and improve the service. Route queries are sent to Google Maps to compute directions. Transit data is provided by BC Transit via their public GTFS feeds.

Notifications

You can opt in or out of push notifications at any time from your account page. Disabling push notifications stops trip alerts and service updates.

Your rights

You can update your email, display name, and notification settings — or delete your account — at any time from the account page. To request a copy of your data, contact support.

Attribution

Transit schedules, routes, and stop data are provided by BC Transit. Live mapping and geocoding services are provided by Google Maps.
